This appointment is designed to evaluate your wound, review your medical history, and confirm Medicare eligibility before starting treatment. Our team works alongside licensed wound care providers to ensure you receive the right plan of care, which may include advanced therapies, modern wound dressings, and when appropriate, amniotic skin grafts. During this session, we will: Assess your wound and discuss your symptoms Review your Medicare or insurance coverage Answer questions about available treatments Guide you on the next steps to begin care This is not a treatment session. It is the starting point to determine your eligibility and connect you with wound care specialists who provide advanced, Medicare-approved services.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your care schedule. Missed appointments without notice may affect future booking availability. If a time slot is full, you can join our waitlist and we’ll notify you if a space opens.
